Stage Your Space
If you’re looking to sell your home in the near future, call us first. Pat Kadlecik of Designing Spaces has created a program to help you stage your home in the most cost effective way. Our goal is to reuse, reposition and repurpose items you currently own. In the initial 2 hour consultation you will be left with a professional booklet outlining in detail what you need to do to get your home ready for the market. From there you can do the work on your own or hire us for additional time to help you complete the projects you feel will benefit your sale the most.
Commercial
Pat Kadlecik of Designing Spaces will work with you, the client to create the type of space you want for your commercial needs. Pat has experience working on sales offices, office spaces and gathering spaces. She will work very closely with you to make sure your needs are met and be sure to suggest products that are suitable for the different ways you will use the space.
